Production environment
We work around the clock, so the time difference between Denmark and Bangladesh – five hours in the winter and four hours in the summer – has no great impact.
Our Asian production office exhibits the same kind of business we know from graphic design agencies in Europe.
Three daily shifts
Production runs from Monday to Saturday morning in three shifts, with weekend staff to deal with any urgent orders.
Each shift is led by an operation manager, assisted by around five team managers. This means that the ongoing coordination and monitoring of tasks is handled by just under 20 leaders, in rotation.
Monitoring
All current jobs are monitored in our production system. We have developed process software to control production, to ensure that all the money we spend on wages is devoted to graphical tasks.
Quality control
A special quality assurance team checks every job before delivery. Any mistakes are reported and serve as a basis for evaluation and internal staff training.
Our Danish production manager has overall responsibility for quality, production flow, establishing new customers and jobs, and communication with our customers.
